Traumas can be triggered at different times, but we can heal them in the present moment by becoming aware of these triggers and processing them as they arise.
Addictions temporarily shift us to higher vibrations but mask the underlying issues. True healing involves addressing the root causes of our lower vibrational states.
To manifest, we need to engage with all dimensions of reality, emotionally, mentally, and energetically, ensuring our nervous system feels safe to receive.
Healing is a journey of self-love and self-acceptance, and through this, we can shift from survival mode to living in flow with the universe.

When we feel emotions, they should move through us like a wave. However, if we've held onto emotions throughout our lives, they can take over us or cause us to shut down, making it difficult to connect with life in a deep and meaningful way. This can create a sense of heaviness and lead to the recreation of unhealthy situations. By releasing this baggage of old emotions, and survival patterns, we can avoid attracting negative situations and begin to feel more peaceful in our lives.
Emotions can be described as "e-motions"—energy in motion. They represent how energy flows through your body. In my practice I utilise Dr. David Hawkins' Scale of Consciousness which shows that emotions can exist at different vibrational frequencies. By using this scale as I guide in everyday life, as we move with our emotions, we are able to bring more awareness to our reactions, and proceed as the powerful creators that we are.
